This cozy room is part of a charming home in the heart of Delft, offering a unique living experience where you’ll have the house almost entirely to yourself, for at least 50% of the time, as the hospita is often traveling. The room is well-furnished, featuring a spacious desk for studying or working, ample storage space, and a comfortable bed.

The house itself is warm and welcoming, with a large garden complete with a pond and fish, offering a serene environment to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you’ll have access to a washer and dryer located upstairs. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower. In the living room, there’s a large projector screen that can be used freely when the hospita is away and with permission when she’s home.

Located on Vermeerstraat, this home is situated in a cozy, quiet street that feels like a small courtyard. It’s within walking distance of the city center and close to the Schie canal, a popular meeting spot for students. The location offers easy access to key destinations:

ABOUT THE HOSPITA

The hospita is a friendly man in his late fifties who loves to travel, especially to Switzerland and South America. He is often away from home (± 50% of the time), providing you with ample privacy. His family (does not live there) is very involved and enjoys visiting occasionally. The landlord values good communication and cleanliness in his home and expects the same from his tenant. The hospita has no dietary restrictions but prefers shoes to be removed inside the house. The neighbor’s children sometimes visit the garden to watch the fish in the pond through an opening in the garden fence, so they won’t disturb you or enter the house.
