Please note: If the accommodation is offered as full serviced, these costs are fixed and part of the tenancy agreement. Cleaning and laundry services are not optional.

Mandatory One-Time Relocation Service Cost

A one-time relocation service cost of $1,450 is payable to Relocation Base before the tenancy starts, as outlined in the relocation service agreement which you will receive after starting the booking.
