This fully furnished accommodation offers a private bedroom with wood-effect flooring, a comfortable bed with fresh linens, a study desk with a chair and lamp, and a large window with curtains. The room also features a nightstand, wardrobe, tall mirror, private TV, and tasteful decorative elements like a framed picture and textured walls, providing a functional and cozy space for both studying and resting.

The shared areas include a living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, and spacious windows with curtains. The kitchen comes with cabinets, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink with mirror, and a washing machine. A separate toilet room is also available.
