Please note: If the accommodation is offered as full serviced, these costs are fixed and part of the tenancy agreement. Cleaning and laundry services are not optional.

One-Time Fee (mandatory)

A €1,200 one-time service fee is payable to Student Housing Hunter before the tenancy starts, as outlined in the service agreement (which you will receive after starting the booking).
