About this accommodation

This fully furnished student room offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a bed with a mattress, a closet for storage, and a desk with a chair and lamp for studying at home. The apartment is shared with two other tenants and features common areas such as a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and stove. A separate sink and shower ensure convenient use of the bathroom, and a washing machine is available for laundry needs.

There is also an additional unfurnished room that can be used as an indoor laundry space. Outside, a large garden offers space to air-dry laundry, grow plants in pots, or enjoy relaxed barbecues with friends.
