ABOUT THE ROOM
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a Dutch mansion house. This accommodation is perfect for a single person and/or is spacious enough for two where you both can register. It is a nice luxurious private single room with a double bed including Flat-screen television placed on a table which you can also use as a desk if needed, a closet where you can put your belongings in, Air conditioner, two comfortable chairs, and a coffee table. The accommodation has all the needed facilities on the same floor, a spacious bathroom that consists of a renewed transparent pod incl. Rainshower as an option, bathroom sink with mirror and a washing machine is present, fitting kitchen with kitchen cabinets, drawers and a Microwave-oven, a new built-in toilet, and a beautiful balcony with chairs and table present to relax enjoy the marvellous view. It is also perfect if you like to have breakfast or wine and dine in the open air.
The accommodation is considered a ''short- and long stay'' room. Suppose you rent for 6 months or more. The room is available for a maximum period of 12 months. Please note that this floor has one other room that is available for rent. If the room is rented out, you will be sharing the floor and facilities with the other tenant(s).
Public transportation is present: tram 16, bus 21 & 24 (just three minutes away), which will take you directly to the beach, city centre, or the main train stations in The Hague!
Price includes (e.g. flat rate, rent devices and furniture) excl. advance payments (e.g. water, electricity, gas, warmth & levy's) included. Yearly and/or end of contract reimbursement.
