This beautiful apartment is centrally located near the Lorentzplein shopping centre. It is furnished, so all you have to do is pack your personal belongings and move in.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment has four furnished bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. There will be a dining table for four so you can enjoy a nice meal with your fellow roommates.
The kitchen will be slightly refurnished and is equipped with a refrigerator + freezer, and a combi-microwave oven. This apartment has a beautiful video and comes with a nice balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather on those sunny days.
There is a bathroom with a shower, and a sink with drawers for your towels, and some extra storage space.
Throughout the house, you will enjoy a 2.4 and 5.0 GHz WiFi signal.
LOCATION:
This house is ideal for students who are studying at THUAS. The university can be reached by bike in less than 5 minutes (of course, depending on your speed). Are you going to study at a different university? Don't worry, there are many public transportation options nearby, or get a Swapfiets (ask us about the special SHTH-subscription) to experience the common mode of transportation in the Netherlands and to experience the Dutch biking culture.
Shops and general stores located in the very close vicinity of the house are open every day; multiple supermarkets are within walking distance (like the Albert Heijn 500m).
