It has four furnished rooms. There is a dining table present with 4 chairs in one of the rooms which you can use to your liking. A brand new kitchen where you can prepare dinner or breakfast. Can you already imagine having fun dinners or a daily routine breakfast in the morning with your roommates? If you require fresh air, you can always use your balcony to relax and enjoy the weather.
A renovated bathroom with a bath, a modern sink, racks for your towels, and a high-end washing machine is present. Nothing beats the fresh feels of a renewed high-end bathroom.
Throughout the apartment, you will enjoy a 2.4 and 5.0 GHz WiFi signal. Still, it is also possible to enjoy plenty of internet wall sockets, providing you with an up to 10 GB hyper-speed connection.

This apartment is ideal for students who are studying at THUAS. The university can be reached on foot in less than 4 minutes (of course, depending on your speed).
